Kneader with fork tool that allows the processing of the hardest doughs allowing an excellent oxygenation and avoiding the heating of the dough.

Painted steel casing – AISI 304 stainless steel bowl, fork and lid – mechanical timer – low voltage controls.

The protection of the half grilled bowl allows the addition of ingredients also during processing.
